Returns Policy

Returns

We will accept returns for a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery provided that (i) the part is returned in the original packaging along with a copy of the applicable invoice; and (ii) the part identification number matches that contained on the order and invoice. If you choose to email us, please type "Return" in the subject line and include the order number and brief description of the problem in email. Returned parts must be returned for inspection before we will issue any credit to you. In order to receive a credit, all return parts must be uninstalled and returned in or with the original packaging. All return shipments to us must be prepaid. We will not accept COD or freight collect and such shipments will be refused. If these requirements are not met, parts will be either scrapped or returned to you at your expense. Please note that we cannot accept returns on airbags, electrical, fuel injection, high performance parts or previously installed parts. On items that we are able to accept for return, we may at our discretion charge up to a 35% restocking fee in addition to any shipping cost for Non-Stock/Special Ordered parts, unless the return is solely the result of an error by us. If the return is caused by our error, we will issue you a credit for the cost of the part, plus all shipping costs. Be advised that the credit may take up to four days to post to your account. 

If you are looking for refund / exchange for a failed part, please return with invoice of dealer or shop that installed the part. There will be no refund / exchange without that information included in the return. 


Cancellation policy

An order or a portion of an order may be canceled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession. Non-Stock/Special Ordered parts are subject to a 35% restocking fee, stock kept items are not subject to this fee.
